Deleting an Auction - Help needed please

I'm fairly new to e-bay and have recently started selling a few items.
Last night I listed some items. E-bay seemed to be playing up a bit and this morning I noticed that the same item has in fact been listed twice, as two separate auctions. How can I delete one of these and will I still have to pay the listing fees as it wasn't my fault?
I'd really appreciate some advice on this as I have had a look at my e-bay and can't find out what to do.
