Problem with buyer

Hi,

Just after a piece of advice. I sold an item - buyer did not pay for 10 days so i opened unpaid item dispute. Buyer got aggresive with me over this (as posted in another post on here). He then paid and i closed the dispute. The dispute is showing as closed in my ebay on 21st Aug by myself as the buyer had paid. He now keeps emailing me to ask me why the hell the dispute is still open & why is it STILL open?

I have replied saying its showing as closed in my ebay but he's messaged back saying well its open in my ebay and it won't close until 1st Oct.

Any ideas on whats going on?


I haven't a clue what to say to him now.

It shouldnt make any difference to what he does on ebay if there is a dispute open, he is just being stubborn.
I would (politely) say you have checked it all from your side & it definitely closed, maybe suggest that he speak to ebay as it may be a problem from his side.
Other then that I would just ignore him!

Thank you that sounds like a good idea. I will send him one more message & then ignore him.

Is there any way i can stop him from sending me messages? Just getting fed up with him being rude. I wouldn't mind if he was polite.

Can't understand why he claims it will stay open until 1st Oct! I thought unpaid items disputes closed before that anyway.
