Dissolved company

Please help.. the company my partner worked for was dissolved in March 2009. We are applying for a mortgage in france through the french banks but we are missing the P60 that the bank is requesting. All tax returns have been sumbitted and received by the revenue, but we still are unable to get this P60. If we do'nt hand it over we are told we will loose the house !! The contractor clearly does not want to hand it over ??
