Hi sent my letter of asking for bank charges to be refunded under hardship recieved a letter bank saying we r sorry to hear about finanicak difficulties we r currently acessing claim and will get back in due course asap we believe charges r fair is this a stanard letter and can u pls tell me what happens next thank you

I have recently started the hardship claiming process with Barclays, and i too recieved that letter. Next day i recieved an expenditure form to fill out. Have just sent it back today, so hopefully will recieve some good news soon. :rolleyes:
I think that letter is standard hun, but dont quote me on it! lol

When i recieved that letter, i was really disheartened to say the least! lol. So i called them up that same day, to be told that they had dispatched the form to me that very day. I got the form the next day.
So hopefully you will get your form soon. xx0 -
