Which addresses?

I have a couple of hundred pounds to try and reclaim form Nationwide and Natwest, I have read through a load of the posts on here but am unsure which addresses I should write to as all the posts with the addresses are a few years old, now the addresses might have stayed the same but I dont want to risk my letter going round for months trying to find the right department, has anyone made a claim recently to either of the above and if so can I have the correct address??
