Somebody with only a 2 feedback bought an item off me on ebay for £7.It showed up twice on my paypal acct. so I emailed them and said if they let me know their e mail I would refund them.
However paypal took 44p in fees, so I have offered to refund her £6.78, and split the 44p loss with her.Does this sound fair? Or is there any other way I could have refunded her money without making a loss myself?

Just click on one of the payments. At the bottom of the page you should get a refund link. click this and you can refund and paypal will take off the charge from your account.

Just click refund on the payment - neither of you will lose out or gain anything extra.
If you refund someones Paypal payment, the fee charge reverses, so you don't pay the fees and the sender of the payment receives their payment back in full.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
