Lloyds have finally answered my letter for reclaiming charges, they have said
"if you are thinking of making a claim through the court we will be asking the courts to postpone until the conclusion of the banks proceedings with the OFT"
Do I now send a letter to the court or do I sit and wait until the test case etc is all finished and then carry on with my claim?
