hey i held on to a Car once to win i lasted 72 hours with only having a break every 2 hours for ten mins....standing up for 72 hours does nothing for ur ankles!!!! i did not win out of 20 people i was third runner up the man who won lasted 5 more hours after i pulled outWaiting to win an ITV competition.....:A0
