xbox live points

Bought some Microsoft Points and haven't used them yet. Got tem of xboxlive.com. Tried getting hold of them today but they are shut.

Can i get a refund? The terms and conditions say that all sales are final for games and digital content but do points count as content?

Do the distance selling regs apply to the points and does the fact that i paid on a credit card matter, the transaction was £45

Don't think that you would have any joy with CC company as technically your have the product, its legit and theres not any faults. Plus its under £100 so not covered by section 75. However I would give them a try, sometimes they refund out of "good will"

Input from my OH, apparently xbox live have it plastered everywhere that points are non refundable so I don't think youll have ne joy there im afraid.
