From 5pm today I do not have to see work again until the 29th of December :j:j:j:j:j:j
Thats a good enough reason to post!
I have 7 & half working days left.....until 2010! not that I am counting !I do not make mistakes, I learn lessons.I work to live, not live to work.I love to live & live to love.Good enough is exactly that.0 -
I just had a seriously freaky "Whoa!" moment on FB - reading through the days status updates to see what everyone had been up to, I spotted against a friend's status "**** ****** & Flyin Fresian like this"......spooky!!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Haha are you sure it's not a mutual MSE friend? How spooky! There can't be two Flyin Fresians in the world...
xThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -

It would be even odder if it was one of my non-MSE friends0 -
I assume it might have been FF - I'm quite strict with FB and only have people I know in "real life" as friends on there, this is someone I know from speedway - I'll PM you who it was.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Good morning Internets
As I mentioned yesterday, Mr Fresian got his backdated loan payment through (£2000!!) so I have a little spare money (Woo!) and we have a plan...
I was always going Up North on the 16th to see my folks and generally relax. We have a lot of friends up there, and Mr Fresian needs a break as much as I do, so we're hiring a car as of tomorrow and we're off up there for a week :j He will come back with the hire car after six days and I will stay until the 22nd which was what I intended to do anyway.
So, today I have a list of things to do...
- Washing - enough to be able to go away!
- Clean the kitchen and make sure that any food which might smell after a week is thrown out or used today
- Go to Costco with my friend to buy enough cat litter to see us into 2010
- Buy M&S Dine In For A Tenner as I will not need to use the grocery budget until after payday (Hurrah!)
- Find Heap Big Suitcase in the loft
- Find Christmas Tree in the loft :xmastree:
- Clear space in the living room for said tree
- Hide tree in the spare room so the cats don't destroy it while we're away
- Pack
- Make a list and check it twice so that I pack everything!
- Buy another big jumper. If it's cold here, it's cold Up North
*scampers off*

- [strike]Washing - enough to be able to go away![/strike] Done to a point but the sodding gas fire won't light so I just have a lot of damp clothes. Grrrr...
- [strike]Clean the kitchen and make sure that any food which might smell after a week is thrown out or used today[/strike]
- [strike]Go to Costco with my friend to buy enough cat litter to see us into 2010[/strike] Done! And I resisted the trays of muffins :A
- [strike]Buy M&S Dine In For A Tenner as I will not need to use the grocery budget until after payday (Hurrah!)[/strike] Two deals bought so we can take the wine up with us as gifts for people. MASSIVE chicken and profiteroles in the freezer for Xmas dinner. Total saving on two deals? £17.75
- [strike]Find Heap Big Suitcase in the loft[/strike] Done. Cats alternating between using it as a bed and using it as a scratching post.
- Find Christmas Tree in the loft :xmastree: Not done. Mr Fresian shall be in charge of this on his return.
- Clear space in the living room for said tree
- [strike]Hide tree in the spare room so the cats don't destroy it while we're away[/strike]
- Pack Should maybe be doing that instead of posting...:rotfl:
- [strike]Make a list and check it twice so that I pack everything![/strike]
- Buy another big jumper. If it's cold here, it's cold Up North Not done as wasn't near anywhere with Heap Big Jumpers. I did find old ones in the wardrobe though, so money saved!!

In other good news, I have been making my PADs to my current account with A&L to clear the last of the overdraft but haven't been watching the account.
I just checked it and have only one more bill to come off and an additional £67 on top of that so I have withdrawn that and it shall be my spending money for my holidays, yay! :j
