Triton Shower - No Water

Our Triton Shower was fitted about 5 years ago, it is a fairly basic shower (it says 'ivory' on the front). A couple of days ago the water started to splutter a bit and this morning no water came out at all. It has been heating the water OK, if anything it is a bit too hot. We have no problems with water pressure. I have to get someone in to look at it, but I would be grateful if someone could please give me a suggestion as to what may be wrong please, and if it involves a new shower to be supplied and fitted could you please give me a very rough idea of how much I should expect it to cost. Thanks.

Good evening: see here. Replacement cost varies.

Thank you canucklehead that was a very helpful link, I know the electricity is still working so the link suggested a micro switch or solenoid valve. I will call someone to look at it tomorrow. Thanks again.
