What's the duration of your contract with the EA?

    I'll bet it's longer than 2 weeks......

  • we are on a 2 week contract and I havent signed anything yet. The EA said he will advertise my property again shortly and it goes into a circular around the local villages - to be honest my house will only sell to someone coming into the area, not moving to mine from down the road.

i have contacted an EA in a nearby larger town who will charge 1.5%. he told me that large town agents outperform small local town/village EAs as people tend to look at a town and consider something on the outskirts.
