Is it possible to turn a digital photo frame into a portable avi/mp4 etc player?

It would probably not have the processing power needed for moving video.0

Some already play avi/mpeg4 files, but you would still need to build a hefty battery pack to power it for any lenght of time.Never Knowingly Understood.
