Equifax Ignoring Me ?

To cut a long story short, I sent a notice of disassociation to the 3 CRA's last month.
Experian dealt within 5 days :T
CallCredit acknowledged receipt, promised action within 28 days. :T
Equifax have so far completely ignored me. Is this normal? Do they respond generally to the 'Ask Questions' part of their website? I've sent a follow-up nudge 10 days after posting, but that too has been ignored. Is my only option to ring them? Has anyone done this before and can relay their experience?
Thanks,
Lee. :A

Nope. No-one in this here empty thread. Time to move on...
...:p;):D"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
