Problems with sony online game purchase

Hi all - I tried to buy a game from Sony's online store back in March - debit card refused twice as invalid - credit card refused once (same message) address details shown against my account were wrong and system would not let me change - 2 days later the game we tried to order was downloaded to PS3 console by Sony - followed 2 days later by 5 other games I had not ordered - Sony adamant I ordered all games and debited my bank a/c - got money back as I had visa debit card plus Sony could not provide voucher to support purchase - 2 months later found out a friend who lives 200 miles away had the same problem(in June) - anybody buying with a (non-visa) debit card may not be covered - anybody else come across this
