E bay invoice.

Hi.
Can anyone tell me, do i have to send an invoice having sold items. As of now i have never done this. I have only ever received one once. I normally just click the "pay now" button.
I ask as i have a customer who 7 days after won listing ended is telling me she s not paying until i send invoice and threatening to report me to e bay and neg me.
I know i should just send invoice but her manner and snotty e mail have peed me off.
So just checking if i am obliged to.
Thank you Sally :D

You are not obliged to but it is usually a good idea especially if your buyer hasn't paid in a day or two. I always take the view it takes a few seconds to click 'send invoice' so why not jjust do it?

If you send an invoice and buyer still doesn't pay just open an NPB.

No you don't have to. I dont as people normally pay immediatly and ebay automatically send a notification. The only times I do is if its a combined postage thing or if they havent paid after 4 days as a reminder

I would send her an invoice just to shut her up. Not sure what she would report you to ebay for though. If i was feeling evil I would open a Non paying bidder dispute in ebay:D. If you think she'll neg you anyway what you got to lose.

Oh and i'd put her on your blocked biddrs list
