We use Burns, because it is additive free, and then add basic steak/mince from the supermarket for a bit of extra for him. Although having a springer spaniel, we found some good info here:

Has anyone used OSCAR dried food? Mine are currently on Hill's Science Plan which is brilliant for them but a bit expensive...usually about £40 for a 15kg sack.
I'm happy to keep them on that, but a friend has recommended Oscar as being far superior in quality at a similar price. Just wondered if anyone had any experiences of using it?0
