best of luck, but they are not credit account. they are different account types; and I know CRAs and the Rules of Reciprocity which govern them.
Mate they are governed by the ICO - the Rules of Reciprocity are simply that, a localised agreement!
Have a read about RoR yourself if you want! http://www.experian.co.uk/www/pages/responsibilities/compliance/compliance_principles_reciprocity.html2010 - year of the troll

Having checked your previous posts, something keeps popping up - anyone got any idea's what it is?Try creditbuilder from cashplusWhy not just change your cashplus to the 0.99 per transaction plan. I do it for my account online when I'm not using the card that much in a month; you can then change it back for months you really want to use the card to save money. If Cap 1 card doesn't come, you can also try cashplus creditbuildertesco only have an euro card. try cashplus, only cashplus is giving the section 75 cover on a prepaid. the rest, to my knowledge, are treated as debit cards

ICO only has DPA powers...Rules are the shared agreement between the providers that operates as the set "rule book". ICO has no reporting influence and have no say on who becomes an Insight or CAIS provider. They can enforce order to ensure data accuracy on an individual level but outside that it is a closed sharing arrangement that sets how and what is reported; that is why people in the industy indicate that the CRAs are govern by them.0
