Bought from 3d kids no longer trading

Hi all,

I bought a package from 3D kids in April and paid the £135 by cheque.
My sons nursery had them in to do the pictures.
After months of unreturned calls (and no products) by myself and other parents and the nursery management we have now been told that they are no longer trading and thats that.

Does anyone have any info on what if anything we can do?

Very little unfortunately if they are no longer trading. If they in receivership you have to contact the receivers and be in a very long line and at bottom of the pecking order as IR (tax) and other creditors may be further on the list

I cant find any info of that company any where are you sure is 3d kids there is so much info on 3d kids

yes the website was live but is now suspended 3d kids . co .uk

And I bet the company only accepted cheque payments as well for nurseries and similar customers.
