If you ring your supplier up, they can calculate how much electricity you have used on each rate during the previous 12 months, giving you the cost benefit of switching (or not) to a non E7 tariff. I would be amazed if anyone with GCH would be better off with E7. When I switched myself (previous owner was using E7) I cut by electricity costs by around 16%.
