Bank of Scotland driving me insane

Hi Guys,
Can anybody get me some advice on how to handle Bank of Scotland. Im doing my DMP with CCCS, between me and my OH we have 2 overdrafts, 2 loans and a credit card with the Bank. In July CCCS forwarded all my offers to them and my other creditors. Most of my other creditors have accepted my offers and I just seem to be having problem with the Bank.
First of all my 2 overdrafts. Got one letter back via CCCs saying they have "No record of my account" though all the details are correct. I have called and got nowhere so told CCCS to send letter again. Second overdraft just got letter today advising they will accept the reduced payments for 12 months but will continue to keep charging interest, which yep you got it in 12 months I will still owe them the same.
Now they did say in 12 months they will refer me to a recovery team who will try and reach a long term repayment solution. But Im not happy to pay something for 12 months and get nowhere.
I came across a great letter on the National Debtline Scotland website asking creditors to re consider freezing the interest, would you advise sending this to them?
Ok next loans and credit cards, now we having been talking to these guys since july and they keep saying they will call again in ten days which they do. They keep saying they more than likelyto accept the offers but need the letter from CCCS. Now CCCS told me to give up to six weeks for them to process the letters. This is now passed so Im requesting the letters again. But in the meantime the bank loans have charged me for every letter and phone call they have made and now have passed me to there inhouse debt collecters. I would like to point out when I have spoke to these guys on the phone they have always been nice and polite and seem like they want to help but I feel like im banging my head against the wall with them.
Any ideas on how to speedy things up, they wont call CCCS and my charges are going up all the time. It seems unlikely that they have not received
3 different letters for 3 accounts but they wont let me speak to anybody
in the department that processes these letters.
Sorry for the long post thanks for looking and thanks in advance for any advice.

To get the banks to stop charging interest - there's not really anything you can do. It is down to them whether they stop the interest or not. There's no harm in sending another letter asking them to stop the interest charges - include your CCCS ref no. on the letter too.
Do not deal with them on the phone.
There are letters available to stop the phone calls and it is better to get things in writing so you can see clearly what was agreed rather than going by what someone said, that you can't prove.

Reclaim all charges that have been made in the last 6 years - from bank accounts, loans and credit cards. Also check to see if there is any PPI that may have been missold.
