City break - early october

I have the opportunity for a long needed break early in October for a long weekend. Probably a Thursday to a Sunday or a few days either way. As a full time carer I am very keen to take this opportunity but have limited money to spend. Ideally I would like to do this weekend for £250 each
(2 people going) so a totaal budget of £500 including flights, hotels, transfers and food. Is it at all possible?
