windows 2000 driver for Praktica DIGI_CAMERA

can anyone help me find the driver for
PENTACON(Germany) Praktica Digital Camera
on the bottom label it says
Ability Enterprise CO LTD
MODEL VQ3240/3250/3260/3270
on the front
4X Digital Zoom
f-8.7mmmF2.8
V3.2
This camera was brought from T K MAX christmas 2005.
I want to use it as a webcam but without driver does not do that function.
Windows 2000 can't find the driver via the "Microsoft Windows Update"
When switched to webcam mode - it comes up with "found new hardware" DigitalCAM PRO.
