Istanbul/ Turkey Ideas??

Hi Everyone

Me and partner are going to Turkey for 10 days in July. Has anyone got any ideas for where in particular to visit/ what companies we could use whilst there for tours etc?

I am keen on visiting Cappadoccia, yet cannot get internal flights from Istanbul - Kayseri with anyone but Turkish Airlines. The likes of Onur Jet do it no frills, so around half the price, but I can't get tickets until in the country.

Has anyone any suggestions of agents I can use, or places to go when in Istanbul/ the surrounding areas?

I fly into and out of Istanbul.
