  • customer service is complete rubbish

Back in may 07 i ordered a megane GT, told 8 weeks, heard nothing except when i rang at week 10 to be told they 'couldn't get the car' as there was a problem with their supplier,(they hadn't even bothered to tell me!) I then ordered an astra sport hatch sri xp, had to wait 4 months, no contact, i done all the ringing and contacting, they ignore emails and letters, and lie to you so they can get you off the phone.

    You have been warned

The car will also be a pre-reg, it will be first registered to them then transferred to you, this is in part how they offer the low prices. You are better looking at dealdrivers.co.uk or drivethedeal.co.uk as you would be the first registered keeper of the car with these brokers.

    Hope this helps
