Help please longer cables for an interactive whiteboard.

Im moving an interactive whiteboard in a school and there is what appears to be a 17 way d plug connecting the projector where can i get a longer one? What do i ask for? need about 15 metres if poss.

    Bowling_4_Gold is correct. To my knowledge, Promethan and SMART IWBs use a VGA cable for their projectors. Just under £10 at Saverstore. (Can't say I've used them before though.)

    If you're going to connect onto the already existing cable, you want a VGA extension cable (male-female) rather than the usual VGA cable (which is male-male). For our SmartBoard I got one from Play.com - but not the breathtakingly-expensive Lindy ones, just a mid-range version.

    If you want just a single cable from the board to your laptop, you need an ordinary VGA cable (male-male, as I said above!). Lots more to choose from here...
