other forums i use have a quick link to see any reply to posts i have written in or threads i have started...i dont want to be emailes about it just click a button and see a list, would nbe much easier than trawling thru to find them or filling up my inbox about replys.

look in your USER CP under subscriptions, is that what you mean ??Ex forum ambassador

Go to User CP ---> Edit Options and set the subscription option to this:
