New ebay seller question

Hooray just sold my first item on ebay its large so they have to collect it so have asked for cash on collection. The question is if they pay me cash how do I then pay ebay there % do they just take it from my Pay Pal account or do I have to do something. How much will % be as it sold for £280. Thanks.

Yes, ebay will take their fees from your PP account if that is how you've set it up to do. I'm pretty sure it's a standard 10% now, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong :)

ust be aware that buyer is entitled to use paypal, so you need to be prepared if that happens.
