OK daft question, What is shill bidding? is it when the same person with 2 accounts or friends bid on your item so you get a higher bidder, something like that?

    Thanks,

Shilling is as you said, either someone with 2 ebay accounts or getting a friend to bid on their items to artificially increase the price paid by other unsuspecting buyers.

I don't know why Ebay don't have someone looking into this pro-actively instead of letting everyone else do the detective work!

I placed a bid so that I could pull the seller's contact information. Interesting that all the items for sale are in Japan and that the name given is Phoebe Lee, famous for being Bruce Lee's sister :)
    Definitely something not right here.

You answered your own question! ebay don't need to hire someone!

Also they probably like shillers as the still get all the fees!!

Well, the bidder is no longer registered but the seller is still up and running. Perhaps it was an attempt at sabotage rather than shilling but it seems curious that both are from Greater Manchester. Anyway, I'm now high bidder on one of the auctions so we'll see what happens!

Finally, seller is now NARU. I'd actually won one of the auctions and was beginning to worry that I may have to pay!
