Tesco Finest Platinum CC

in Credit cards
Hi,
I've got a Tesco Finest Platinum CC which I use for all of my shopping and petrol from Tescos. I pay it off in full every month and so am in it for the ClubCard points. Being Clubcard point obsessed, I was always chuffed with the 3 points for every £2 spent in Tescos thing.
However, I noticed recently that Tesco have launched two new credit cards, one offering no points at all (but some interest cash-back thing) and one offering a lesser deal (something like 5 points for every £4 spent).
Can anyone tell me if the FInest card will be providinng this new deal? Have I missed a terms and conditions change leaflet (must admit to being quite slack when these come through my door). The statement is always pretty cryptic at best in explaining how many clubcard points you have earnt etc... so I'm not sure if this is such a good deal now?

No. If you have the old style TPF cards you will stay on the deal you were on with 1 point per 2 pound spend. Only new applicants with the new style Clubcard Credit Cards will get the new deals or if you are an old style TPF CC holder and you choose to upgrade.
Having weighed them up, I am sticking with the old Finest Card for the time being as the best options with the Travel Insurance etc you get with it and points balance, as I use my card a lot for non Tesco Purchases.
There are 2 new Credit Card Offerings now. Clubcard Credit Card offers 1 point per £4 spend at non Tesco outlets and 4 points per £5 spend in Tesco (16.9% APR). Or you can have 1/12th of the total interest you paid in a year back on the Bonus Credit Card (12.9% APR).
Note you cannot apply for a new style one if you have an old style scheme, but you can upgrade by phoning them.0
