Damp/Mold Problems

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to help my damp/mouldy house!
In the hallway there's mould coming through on the wall, and the coats on the rack have started to go green. Washed the walls with bleach solution bout a month ago and it's come back.
The bedroom also suffers and shoes in the bottom of wardrobe tend to go green.
The kitchen is also really bad. All the cupboards smell musty and just went to use the flour and the 2 packs had green fur on outside and inside, yuk! There goes the homemade naan bread!
Am not flush with cash, hence the reason am on this fab website, so any ideas would be gratefully received!
