Question re Halifax chief executive

Hi
Does anyone know the name and contact addres for the Halifax Bank chief executive?
I am sick of complaining to their customer relations department and getting no help.
I want to take my complaint to the top!
Any help appreciated.

    It would be lloyds Banking Group now since the takeover so eric daniels, I think is the person you are after.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
