£100 off thomas cook holidays with 7up

if you go onto 7up website and input barcode 1708 for up to 10 days you get £10 per day off up to £100 in total off a thomas cook holiday. the closing date for inputting barcodes is 31st october 2009 and holidays must be booked by 31st december 2009.

Has anybody tried to take advantage of this offer?

To take up the offer you have to book by telephone. I was wondering whether the telephone prices are more than the online prices, so there is no real saving at all.
