    cant go to shelter, seems that as we are students we wont qualify for legal aid.

    Fire Fox, the eviction notice was requested so I could prove that we left involuntarily. Otherwise he may have tried to collect rent from us even though we werent there, and to provide me with more written evidence to eventually go to court. No row- the first time we actually spoke to the landlord was about the DPS. verbal eviction was the day after....:/

    been trying to use the eligibility calculator for legal aid, it wont work. Am on Firefox and for some reason IE on this computer is even slower then usual.
