Left Neg Feedback in error

I was going through my dispute centre yesterday and going through my Non Paying Bidders and because I felt in a bad mood I left some of them Negative feedback. I find out that I left this one ebayer a neg and I forgot that they bought the same item twice from me but only wanted 1.

So my question is, is there a way to take back a neg even though i've gone through the NPB and got my FVF back?

This person is not very happy with me and rightly so , I just forgot we did the deal in another listing.

If you do a mutual withdrawal the comments stay there but the rating doesnt. I dont think you will be able to get it removed very easily! Has the buyer already left you feedback?

The buyer has not left me feedback, but if they do the rating will get removed because I went through the NPB process with them and got the fees back.

Leave a follow up to say left in error before retracting so it doesn't look like tit for tat to get a retraction.

Thanks, did that so lets hope it removes their neg.
