Mispriced goods... what can i do?

    Thanks for the tip. Had I spotted the item was £9 at the time of the sale I would have questioned it. Unfortuneatly it was only after I had left the checkout (we bought food at the same time) and looking at the receipt did I realise the true cost.

    The reason most places will sell the item at the lower price is to prevent an offence of under the Misleading Prices Indication regulations. If they sell at the price indicated, then no offence has been committed.
