Would this cause any problems?

Last tuesday i withdre about 90 quid to my bank account from paypal, however it still hasnt cleared and will probably show in my bank on monday since it usually shows on friday if i send it on monday. And obviously it doesnt count weekends
Anyway, i want to buy something off ebay but it requires instant payment, i only have £9 left in my paypal so the rest would be taken from my bank. Would there be any problems with this considering my bank only has £4 in until the paypal shows up?
So basically, i want to make a payment with paypal, but some of the money will be taken from my bank. The money needed from the bank is greater than the amount in there at the moment, but i'm waiting for a paypal withdrawal to show up which should already be there, will there be a problem?

IME, when I make payment from bank account funds, it doesn't actually show in those funds as 'taken' until about three days later. It then shows up as a direct debit. As you don't have to have funds in your account for a DD payment to be attempted, it should allow you to do this, but if the funds aren't there in time (re: the three or so days I mentioned) the DD will bounce and you'll get bank charges.
I hope that makes sense, it sounds complicated I know! No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!
Wombling totals: Oct = £243.32 - £93.32 over target!
Nov Wombling Tally: £27.36 so far... behind target

Probably best to contact your bank on this one, explain what happened and ask them if you could have a temporary overdraft to cover it. Don't forget to take a note of the time of the call and the name of the person you speak to in case they clear it and there is a problem further down the line. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

The banks are still closed in Scotland as are the Post offices its just most other things that will be open but that depends on which region your in. As an Englishman in Scotland it makes no sense at all I like my bank Holidays to be proper bank holidays0
