Problem with Work and child starting school

My child started school last week P1, I took time off work the first week to take her/pick her up. I drop her off at 9am, school operates a 'soft-start', go in with child to help them settle, but DD is ok to be left more or less straight away. I explained to my boss that if I dropped her off at 9am, I could probably get to…

Then we are back to the issue of pay inequality between the sexes, and the fact that men "generally" earn more money then women, so therefore it is more important that we keep their bosses happy
