BT Vision

Hiya
Can anyone help?
We have a BT vision box with the tv in our lounge. We have a tv in the bedroom with inbuilt freeview. We used to have about 50 channels on both tv's. In the last few days the channels we get through the vision box has now gone down to 21. We keep rescanning and it flicks from finding 29 to 21 channels. We have rung BT and they say its our aerial, we have had this box, working fine-ish for over a year. Out Tv in the bedroom is working perfectly, with all channels as normal.
So BT have said they will send an engineer out, but if its nothing to do with the vision box, as they suspect, then it will cost £100, with no repair to the aerial!
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions please?
makes me so :mad: that they take your money, tie you into a contract but when you have problem they are SOOO unhelpful

have you tried the Vision box in the bedroom ??

move the Hub and box in there and rescan

if it works in there then its the aerial

Oh really..ok I will give that a go! Or DH will, too many flippin wires for me
