Is it time to change?

Hi

I'm with southern electric who are one of the most expensive for gas and electric. I know i need to change but i'm wondering if it's the right time or whether i should wait a bit longer.

There was someone in sainburys today trying to sell their services plus the bonus of extra nectar points. He told me that sainsburys bulk buy their gas and electric from the lowest supplier and can therefore pass on those savings to the consumer?

Any advice?

Yes, don't believe anything you are told by a rep in a supermarket.
Do your own research, work out your annual consumption and use a couple of comparison sites.

Sainsburys are not an energy supply company in their own right, they use EDF.

The really ironic thing is Sainsburys gas and electric is not in any way the cheapest supplier for regular Sainsburys shoppers, lol. I'll say no more.
