I had Nationwide write back to me with the charges that i have paid over the years.
It toals up to £1,500. Now this is money i could soo do with, im having a real tough time at the mo, all my accounts are overdrawn, i owe on credit cards & i am having to use my credit cards to pay for food shopping other bills etc as i am not working at the moment :-(
This money would help me out a great deal.
The letter goes on about complaint procedures & how they have suspended the normal timetable for dealing with bank charge requests & once the legal procedings between OFT & the bank finishes they will resolve the complaint as soon as possible
Can i send my step 2 letter in anyway. I know things are on hold & il go into a queing system.. I cant believe how long it is taking for a descion to be made etc...

Yes my Nationwide account is still open & i am at my max overdraft limit in order to let bills go through as i didn't have the money myself to cover them. My mortgage only at the moment gets paid because of my overdraft withouth that i would not be able to pay it. A overdraft on another account is basicly paying for my mortgage and council tax as i just dont have the money.
Then credit cards are being use to pay for some bills & also for food shopping as i dont always have the money to be able to buy food.0 -
