Servis or Tricity Washer Dryer

my fiance wants to get this Servis washer dryer

which is £285 inc delivery
been on the washerhelp site and saw that these are amongst the unreliable brands. So found this Tricity

which with delivery works out £319 (though 4.5% cashback hopefully from quidco and 1200 boots points)
Just looking for your advice or experiences with these two brands (if not actual products) to see if its worth paying the the extra for the Tricity (which the washerhelp guy does recommened)
