Parrot Car kit not connecting to phone

Can anyone please help as ive spent the past 45 mins trying to connect a tocco ultra to a parrot MKi9200 and im going demented as it just isnt happening :mad: I can connect every other phone no problem and ive even tried doing the software update but it just doesnt seem to want to work and failes at differant stages of the pairing but i can connect and use the samsung with the parrot CK3100 car kit so why not with the MKi9200? It is not an option to swap car kits/cars. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get these 2 to work together?
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
