My wife is in the 30 day consulation period and has been given her entitlement figures.
Her company has worked out her redundancy by using the Gross salary minus a salary sacrifice payment to bupa,
Is this correct??

For enhanced redundancy they can pretty much use whatever calculations they want.0 -
Possibly. What agreements were made when the salary sacrafice scheme was set up? If nothing in particular was mentioned then using the lower value is correct0
