Cheap short break?

I would much appreciate it if anyone could help with this.
Since me and the OH got together, over a year ago, one thing or another has stopped us from having a proper holiday (my illness, work, money problems - now thankfully sorted). Now me and him have a little spare money, and after what he's been through with having to look after me on top of doing his job, and dealing with me revising for exams which I've passed - now got a place in uni confirmed! we wanted to celebrate by taking a short break away.
We really want to go somewhere where it's hot (or at least hotter than England and not much chance of rain) for about 4 days (either Thurs evening flight-Friday morning flight, flying home on the Monday, for the weekend 10/11th-14th Sept) that isn't too expensive. We can spend around £150 each for the trip, maybe a little more depending on where it is. Due to my condition (BPD with generalised anxiety and psychosis) I'd like to go somewhere that has stuff to do, but isn't too noisy, or has quiet areas we can get to easily.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap deals, or has been to any places that fit the bill (have been looking Spain/Greece, but was also thinking Cyprus)
