RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.galaxyfm.co.uk apply to register to take part in our Cash in the Glass competition with Arctic Windows ("the Competition") The entry period will run from 31/08/09 to 13/09/09 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Galaxy North East].
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
a) Go online to www.galaxyfm.co.uk to register to take part in a competition where our Ground Crew will visit workplaces over a five day period from 14th September 09.
b) Contestants will be picked at random from all received entries and will be contacted by Galaxy North East by 1700 on 14th August, after the closing date for registration, 2359 on 13th September 2009.
1.1 The winners will need to crack the code to the Cash in the Glass safe and will have the chance of winning £10,000.
2) Eligibility
All entrants must be over 16.

CONTEST FORMAT
To qualify for the Main Prize (as specified in the Schedule), Contestants will be required to guess the Winning Six Digit Safe
Combination (the Winning Combination), which will be pre-selected by WHNO prior to the start of the promotion.
THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS CONTEST:
The total number of Attempts for this Contest shall not exceed the Maximum Number of Attempts as specified in the Schedule.
The period of this Contest will not exceed the Date(s) and Time(s) as specified in the Schedule irrespective of the number of
Attempts.
For the purpose of this promotion the Winning Combination will be a Six Digit Number comprising Six Digits (each digit with the range 0-9) in a set order (for example 123456 or 001122).
WHNO will provide a Digital Safe for the Contest. Prior to the Contest WHNO will randomly select the Winning Combination, place it in a Sealed Envelope. WHNO will then set the Winning Combination as the Safe Code and lock the Safe. The sealed envelope will be placed in a bigger envelope together with the rules for the Competition. The sealed envelope is not to be opened until the appointed adjudicator says you can do so.
All Contestants must complete an Official Entry Form (as provided by WHNO or agreed in writing by WHNO) prior to making their Attempt.
To make their Attempt the Contestant will enter the Six Digit Number from their Entry Form into the Digital Safe.
THE OPENING OF THE SAFE OR ANY COMMNUCIATION BY THE SAFE THAT THE CODE IS CORRECT DOES
NOT CONSTITUE A WINNING ATTEMPT. TO QUALIFY FOR THE MAIN PRIZE THE SIX DIGIT NUMBER
WRITTEN ON THE CONTESTANTS ENTRY FORM MUST MATCH IDENTICALLY THE WINNING
COMBINATION CONTAINED IN THE SEALED ENVELOPE.
