Dogmatic - Poor Customer service

We bought a collar for our dog from Dogmatic after a week it was falling apart. We complained and they asked us to send the item back. We did. They have sent us a replacement but are refusing to refund the cost of us sending the collar back. Even though the fault was with there product.
They are now refusing to comminicate with us. I have heard of a few other people having problems with this compay. So I would avoid.
