Hi all, just had letter from halifax telling me they are not admiting liability and charges to my credit card have been applied correctly, however they have arranged to refund £921!! which will clear the debt in full and leave some money left over :beer:. The amount i initially asked for was £1047 so cant complain at that at alll hehe.
