Reclaiming charges on a closed account

Hi all,
I'm just starting the process of reclaiming my bank charges. I'm going to be claiming under financial hardship on my account. My question is this:
I previously had a joint account with my (now) ex. It was open for around 5 years from 2002 - 2007 and I know we paid charges on it. When we split, I re-mortgaged and the account was paid off and closed. Can I still claim the charges back? If I can, should I add them to my current claim or should I submit a separate claim?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes you can reclaim. I would keep it separate.0 -
