Terms & Conditions

1. Competition is open to NatWest customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Competition not open to employees of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this competition. Winning customers will be required to provide account details to prove their status as a NatWest customer. All NatWest product holding customers are eligible to enter but must provide proof of their customer status upon successfully being chosen as a competition winner. .
2. One entry per person. Entries are not returnable. They, and the copyright for them, become the property of the promoter. Entries must be submitted online at www.natwest.com/thehub or posted to The NatWest Series Competition (31Aug09) c/o M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, 36 Golden Square, London W1F 9EE and be received by 23.59 on Sunday 6th September 2009.
3. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.
4. The winners will be selected at random from the entrants who correctly answer the competition question. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prizes consist of:

   • A pair of tickets to England vs Australia at Trent Bridge on the 17th September 2009
   • Travel will not be provided & all costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner
   • There are 9 prizes to be won
6. Winners will be informed by phone within five days of closing date and at least 48 hours prior to the match. Information about the winners will be available by sending an SAE to "The NatWest Series competition (31Aug09) Winner List" at the address given in condition (b) above.
7. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this competition.
8. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
9. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
10. The promoter reserves the right to alter the prize or eject the winner should they or a member of their accompanying party fail to comply with hosting cricket grounds conditions of entry
